The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.

If we identify an obvious pricing or listing error after an order has been submitted, we reserve the right to contact you to correct or cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund.

6. SHIPPING

STIZZY SPORTS ships within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

We do not currently ship to the United States.

Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times may vary by destination.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final except where a return, refund or cancellation is required by applicable consumer law.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, you must exercise that right within the applicable legal period.

Returned products must meet any applicable return conditions, including being unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging, except where the law provides otherwise.

Personalised, customised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an applicable legal exemption applies.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise subject to statutory consumer protections.
